Reminder to all Seniors who are in a GOPO class this semester: Friday (tomorrow) during 3rd period is the Community Service Fair in the Media Center. All current GOPO students need to report directly to the Media center, not your 3rd period class. There are 16 agencies eager to meet you and share information about their volunteer opportunities.

Attention girls interested in playing soccer this year.  There will be a short information meeting after school Monday, August 26th in Coach Fargo’s room (S331).

Math ARC will be starting on Monday, August 26th for students who need additional Math help and who have been assigned to go by their Math teacher.   If you need Math help you should be trying to find your teacher after school but if your teacher is not available you are welcome to drop in to ARC occasionally.  If you are just waiting for your ride or a friend you need to be in another after school location. Math ARC is in a new location this year – Room S222. Starting time is 3:15 and it will end PROMPTLY at 4:15 every day except Tuesday!

Attention Lincoln High Teammates! Tomorrow will be the annual Teammates Kickoff coffee/donut extravaganza during period 1 in the cafeteria! If your mentor is able to attend, you will receive an invitation today during your 6th period class. Please watch for this invitation. If your mentor is not able to attend, regular visits will begin Monday, August 26th. Please see Lisa Kiely in office 200F with any questions.

On Wednesday, August 28th from 3:15pm to 5:15pm in room 130 (the choir room) the Dungeons and Dragons club will have their first meeting. Anyone interested in playing Dungeons and Dragons should plan on attending. At this meeting leadership will need to figure out how many people are interested in playing, how many people are interested in being a dungeon master, and then we will get people into groups. Organizing all this may take the entire time to make sure we are set for the year, and we will start playing on Wednesday, September 4th. If you have any questions feel free to email Brett Noser at See you there!
