Lincoln High One Act gets third at state

At the One Act state competition this past Saturday, Lincoln High’s Play Production Team received third place in the Class A-2 division. The competition was held at the Johnny Carson Theatre at Norfolk High School.

The LHS thespians performed a play called, “Skinflints & Scoundrels; Moliere’s The Miser” and had gotten first in districts previously. The team was led by Stage Manager Katie Brinkman and Assistant Stage Manager, Mae Stokes.

After a few bumps-in-the-road on the way to state involving a transportation mix-up (more information to come), it’s quite an accomplishment.
