Hundreds of students of all grades took turns being honored for outstanding academics and attendance on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 in the Johnson Gym.
The ceremony, which usually takes place in the Ted Sorensen Theatre, had to be moved to the gym to accommodate the huge number of students being honored. Principal Mark Larson apologized for the change, but noted it was for a good reason.
“We needed to make this change to accommodate all of our awesome students and their guests,” Larson said.
To earn Honor Roll, a student must have earned 25 graded credits first semester with a semester GPA of 3.5 or better.
