SENIORS! Get these tasks done or you’ll regret it!
A snapshot of the optional Google Form for seniors to fill out for the Senior Awards Assembly.

Each year, Lincoln High School holds an annual Senior Awards Assembly in the Johnson Gym. This year, the senior awards ceremony will be held on Monday, May 13th at 9:30 a.m.
In order to prepare for this ceremony, the LHS Counseling Center and Administration is asking that all seniors fill out the following form by clicking here and using the jump code: YGP5. This form is due Wednesday, May 1st, at 3 p.m.
You will not be able to pick up your cap and gown until you have filled out the Google Form above.
For graduating seniors who have been awarded scholarships, you can fill out this optional, but highly encouraged form regarding scholarships and awards. You will need to provide documentation as evidence of these awards. To fill out this Google Form, or go to lps.org and use the jump code: GOYO. Be sure to include ALL scholarships you are being offered, whether you are accepting them or not. This form is also due Wednesday, May 1st, at 3:00 p.m.
If you are unable to upload documentation, you may provide copies of the information to Ms. Trembley in the Counseling Center or email her at jtrembl@lps.org
Lastly, the senior meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 7th, 2019 from 2:15-3:15 p.m, so save the date! Many end of year things will be discussed including Graduation information, Awards Assembly, Signing for Final Transcripts, etc.
Caps & Gowns will be distributed at the end of this meeting, as long as your graduation survey is complete and the counseling center has your signature on file for final transcripts!
