Sporting events for this weekend include:

Boys Varsity Tennis at Woods in the Millard South Invite today at 9am

JV and Varsity Cross Country will be racing at 4:30 at Meadowlark Hills Golf Course in Kearney

Varsity Volleyball travels to Bryan for an Invitational Tournament starting at 5pm looking to keep momentum from Tuesday

9th ranked Creighton Prep faces off against the Links at Beechner Athletic Complex with kickoff at 7:00

 

Saturday’s events are as follows:

Boys JV Tennis is competing in another Invitational at Millard North at 8:30

Reserve Softball starts their invitational at 9am at Doris Bair

Varsity Volleyball continues their tournament from yesterday, resuming at 9am

 

Attention NHS Scholars, don’t forget – the first meeting is happening next Tuesday at 7am in room 300! 

 

Tomorrow, from 9am-1pm, is the third and final Tech Saturday for Dracula. All cast and crew are encouraged to come and lend a hand. Be there or be square.

 

Have you ever wished you could be a better public speaker?  Do you enjoy acting? Do you have an important message to share?  Do you wish you could win medals and trophies just for talking? If you answered “”yes”” to any of these questions, then LHS Speech Team has a place for YOU!  If you weren’t able to attend our informational meeting, but are still curious about the Speech Team, we welcome new members throughout the fall semester! Please join us ANY Monday in Room 302 after school to learn more!

Good morning, everyone. I’m Grace and this is Isza, and we’re from your friendly neighborhood Student Council. Homecoming’s coming up, and we have your three themes that you’ll be voting on. They are Enchanted Forest, Starry Starry Night, and Autumn Coming. Voting starts Monday, so watch out for the jump code, and we’ll see you on October 11th at Homecoming!
