Good morning, Lincoln High! Welcome to LINKS LIVE!  The Lincoln High Morning News Show.

I’m Avalena Baird, and I’m Tyler Schumacher

It’s Club Day today! Remember that you MUST be signed up in order to attend club meetings today. You will NOT be excused from class if you are not on the official roster. Contact the club sponsor to get on the list for NEXT Club Day if you have not already signed up. You do not have to go to your regularly scheduled class first. Go directly to your club meeting, and don’t be late, or you may be counted tardy.

The Navy will be here in the cafeteria today. Please go see them at their table if you would like to visit with them.

Today in sports:

JV Softball will play at Doris Bair starting at 4:00 in the Lincoln Public Schools Championship

JV Boys Tennis will face Lincoln Northeast at Lincoln High at 4:00

All levels of Volleyball will play at Lincoln East against the Spartans. Freshman and JV play at 5:30, Varsity and Reserve play at 6:30.

All boys who signed up to play 1st session indoor soccer need to get their $47 to Coach Cerny in room 113 ASAP

For anyone interested in participating in unified bowling, there will be a parent/participant meeting on October 10th at 5:30 in the media center.

SENIORS! Remember that Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 is the DEADLINE for submitting your SENIOR PHOTO for the YEARBOOK.

Visit the Yearbook Website for information about what kind of photo we need and how to submit it at jump code: YTYB  (That’s Your Tremendous Year Book) YTYB

Please check this list of photos we have received to make sure we have it and to make sure there isn’t a problem.

If you don’t submit a photo to us, we will use the LifeTouch photo you had taken at the beginning of the year for your school ID photo.

To avoid having to do that, the Lincoln High Yearbook Staff would be happy to take a head and shoulders photo of you FOR FREE! Contact us to set up a time to take the photo. Email us at:  lhsyearbook@lps.org
