At Lincoln High School, there has been construction in the South building during the school year. The construction has closed off classrooms, making students and teachers move classrooms.

Mrs. Sjuts and Douglass Matulka have provided some insight on the construction. The noise that has been made by classes occasionally may disrupt class, however the workers have been very accommodating when asked to wait on louder work. The purpose of the construction is to provide better temperature control to classrooms in the South building. They have also been renovating the rooms they have closed off, providing new windows to them.
