On Tuesday, May 7th, students, staff, and families gathered into the cafeteria to support the 10 LHS Student Athletes who signed their intent to compete in their sports at the collegiate level.

These students were Max Pearson, Colleen Arnold, Johanna Schubert, Lily Reinke, Boomer Jock, Keyshawn Jenkins, Graham Newton, Ethan Bruha, Morgan Perry, and Dylan McNeil. The list of where each student signed and what they will be competing in can be found below.

The signing started with Assistant Athletic Director Richard Bollen welcoming everyone and introducing the coaches of each student athlete. Those coaches then spoke about their students, congratulating them and the other athletes, and giving their best regards as they move on to collegiate athletics.

Johann Schubert – Swarthmore College, Swimming

Lily Reinke – The Evergreen State College, Soccer

Boomer Jock – Bellevue University, Basketball

Keyshawn Jenkins – Peru State College, Basketball

Graham Newton – Midland University, Basketball

Ethan Bruh – Dakota State, Basketball

Morgan Perry – Iowa Western, Basketball

Dylan McNeil – Doane University, Baseball
