Happy Halloween! 

If you dressed up today, we want photos of you for the Yearbook and Advocate. Stop by Room 308 any time during the day, and we’ll take your picture. Or you can share them with us by uploading them on the Yearbook Website: jump code: LHSYRBK. 

Seniors! TODAY is the deadline for turning in your SENIOR PHOTO for the yearbook. Use the Jump Code YTYB (That’s Your Tremendous YearBook – YTYB) to upload your photo. Also, please look at the list of photos we have received to make sure there isn’t a problem with your picture. If your name is marked in RED on that list, you need to see Mr. Keller in Room 308 immediately. 

And now here’s a message from the IB program. 

Lincoln High, we wanted to let you know that THIS SATURDAY Lincoln High is hosting IB Academy Day! It’s a fun-filled Saturday morning that middle schoolers come to our school (often with their parents) to find out if the IB Program is the right fit. It’s a great way for middle school students to find out how great our school is and a chance for a great impression. If you know any middle schoolers who you think may be interested in this fun community of people, let them know to come this Saturday at 730 am to learn more about this great program–Go Links !

Tomorrow in the Counseling Center, the Army National Guard will be here during 3rd pd, and Grinnell College will be here 4th.  Please get a pass from your teacher before heading to see the reps in the Counseling Center.

Heads UP! The next two Thursdays there will NOT BE After School Opportunities due to Pre-ACT Testing on November 7th and Parent Teacher Conferences on November 14th. Our Thursday groups will return on November 21st!

Native American students, if you are going on the UNL Symposium trip on Nov. 14th, please turn in your permission slips to the Counseling Center or to Mr. Keller in Room 308 by Tuesday, Nov. 5th.
