The fall play will be live-streamed for the first time ever tonight. The play, William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” opens Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. without an in-person audience due to concerns surrounding Covid-19. Instead, it will be shown as a 2-hour livestream, which can be accessed after purchasing your ticket. However, the livestream will not work on an LPS Chromebook.
“Much Ado About Nothing,” one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedic plays, tells two romantic stories of young Hero and Claudio, and rivals Beatirce and Benedick. If you fancy a story of scandal, humor and wit, this is your type of play to attend.
Additional performance dates are Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. Tickets cost $6 and are available at https://tedsorensentheatre.anywhereseat.com/.
