A new laptop computer from Alienware is set to make a big splash in the tech world this new year, it’s the new Alienware M11x Gaming laptop, a smaller, lighter alternative to the usual 17 inch “gaming” laptops. Its screen is an almost netbook-esque 11.6 inches, but more exciting than that, the price is small as well, under $1000. The smaller size offers a way to keep games in your bag without lugging around a bulky, inconvenient cinderblock of a computer.
This new model features an Intel dual-core processor, 6.5 hour maximum battery life, and mobile 3G broadband, to name a few features. It an integrated NVIDIA graphics card and 1 gigabyte of video RAM. For people who don’t know what all that means, it means it’s a pretty darn good laptop, especially for its price. It will surely be a top pick for all the computer enthusiasts out there who are eagerly awaiting the many great games scheduled to come out this year.
All the info you could want is on the Alienware website. This laptop isn’t available until later this year, as it was only announced on January 7th, and at the moment, the only color it comes in is black. But for anyone interested in buying a laptop, this awesome gadget is worth a look.
