Feminists for change hosts Women’s History Month panel at Lincoln High

The panel held by Feminists for Change (F4C) was yesterday on Thursday March 20th, and welcomed four notable Women from various backgrounds to deliver encouraging words and answer questions prepared for them by F4C.

The month of March is recognized as Women’s History Month, and the panel was held to honor the month.

The panel was held in the cafeteria during 2nd period after being delayed by a day due to the weather induced school closure. The panelists consisted of Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird, Dr. Marilyn Johnson-Farr, Jessie McGrath, and Suzanne Mealer, all well accomplished women, and Mary Anne Prinkkila Rogers conducted the panel and asked the panelists questions about their upbringing, the future, and advice for the youth.
