Borderlands 2 Makes “A Million Angels Sing”

Borderlands 2 Makes “A Million Angels Sing”

By Jayson Maschman

“Gearbox has done it again”

This game is a fast paced action, first person shooter. The sequel from Borderlands, All new storyline, new playable characters, and lets not forget your Loveable irksome companion, Cl4p-tp. That annoying steward bot that talks and dances non-stop just to annoy the crap out of you.

You have four different characters to choose from, similar to the choices from the first in the franchise, You have Zero the Assassin, fitting a stealthy, close-up role, Maya the Siren fitting “elemental/Magic” role, Axton the Commando fitting the engineer/Sentry-Up role, or Salvador the Gingerer, an odd class knew to the franchise; Being able to take the choice of weaponry from their inventory and apply and basically dual wield any type of weapon you have. Each character’s abilities are chosen by you. A new addition to the game is customizable headwear and costumes. Once I first played this game, my mind literally had a million angels singing. This game is so much fun.

Every game has at least one annoying, or useful gimmick; Borderlands has Gimmicks Enumerable. Past the psychos screaming that your head will be used as toilet paper or all these un-earthy weapons that have waltzed their way into the game, my only gimmick I have for this game is “Over Reacting”, it’s never a crucial strategy or need of hard thinking. All you have to know is what character you are, what your gun does, and who is lucky enough to keep your bullet between their teeth. My personal rating for this game is a simple five out of five.
